Shah, a distinguished digital and public relations professional who is currently the founder and CEO of ShahSquared Consulting. She has more than 15-years of experience and delivered results for her clients, both in the business-to-business industry and those who are consumers, through integrated marketing communications strategies. She developed programs to leverage employees’ knowledge and expertise in order to enhance the brand. These included strengthening employee engagement, social selling strategies. She served in various capacities during her tenure: director of external communication from 2022-2024, director for social media in 2020, and fractional director for social media in 2017.

Before joining Clarivate Ms. Shah gained experience in public relations, strategic communication, and marketing at Edelman and FleishmanHillard as well as boutique marketing and communications firms. She began her career in the hospitality sector, representing renowned chefs, restaurants, and global companies.

Ms. Shah holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Boston University, and an Iowa State University Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications. She is also a member of both the ColorComm Network and the International Association of Business Communications. She’s a Distinguished Speaker and a member of the Women in Leadership Council at the Workplace Institute.
