He oversees integration of tools and technology in his current position, which ensures smooth operations and cost-efficiency, while also enhancing skill development and performance. Prior to joining Walmart, Atibudhi was a principal architecture at Equinix between 2014 and 2019. In this period, Mr. Atibudhi refined his data center architectural skills, contributing significantly to the technological advances of the company. He was an Equinix staff software engineer from 2012-2014, where he won multiple awards. During his tenure with Cisco, he achieved notable things including winning the Innovation Award for 2009 and the RockStar Award for 2010.
His entrepreneurial spirit can be seen in the co-foundings of Xplotica IT Solutions Inc. between 2012 and 2018 as well as G2evolution Pvt Ltd., from 2008 to 2014 His ability to provide homeowners access to skilled plumbers and electrical professionals through virtual consultations was demonstrated in these ventures. In his earlier career, he held roles such as expert software engineer for Finastra between 2011 and 2012 and senior software engineer with Cisco from 2008 until 2011. His professional career began in 2006 as a program analyst with Tata Consultancy Services.
Atibudhi is a strong proponent of education. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and communications engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha in India. His expertise was furthered through Stanford University’s Advanced AI Professional Program. In order to continue learning, he plans to earn a PhD and a Master’s in Advanced AI.
In addition to his many professional accomplishments, Atibudhi has a strong commitment to civic engagement. Since 2009, Mr. Atibudhi has been working as a co-founder with the Atmasamman Foundation to empower underprivileged children by providing education and support for their communities. He also co-founded Greenshine Nursery, which contributes to the sustainability of our environment by planting thousands trees each year.
