Meloche is a man of exceptional ingenuity. He holds 15 patents, mainly related to robotics, automation, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Eleven of these are assigned by Ingersoll and the other four privately held.

Joe Meloche was selected to be included in Marquis Who’s Who. In all Marquis Who’s Who volumes, the individuals featured are chosen based on their current value. Selection is based on factors such as visibility, prominence, notable accomplishments and position in the field.

Meloche is currently the founder, senior consultant and data strategist at Callidus Analytics. He has been in this position since 2025.

He is also responsible for completing data analytics projects, developing coaching materials, and leading teams in order to improve their performance. He has used his expertise to drive measurable improvements in clients’ aftermarkets using big data analytics.

Before founding Callidus Analytics in 2024, Mr. Meloche served as vice president and manager of the business line for connected and continuous process at Atlas Copco Machine Vision Solutions. ISRA VISION.

He was responsible for the integration of vision systems with industrial processes. His focus during his tenure was on harnessing connectivity and automation in order to maximize manufacturing results. His greatest achievements are those he achieved during that time, including increasing sales of surface inspection equipment by 73 per cent in a year.

Meloche served as the business line manager for Industrial Assembly Solutions, Atlas Copco’s Michigan-based division of the service department.

He transformed the market performance and presence of the division by redefining the organization and using a data driven approach. He held a role similar to his current one at Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems between 2006 and 2016, after starting out as the global director of system services for Ingersoll-Rand in Michigan.

Throughout Mr. Meloche’s career, he has shown exceptional innovation.

He holds 15 patents in the areas of robotics, automation, and Internet of Things–11 of which are assigned to Ingersoll and four of them privately owned. The patents reflect Meloche’s commitment to the advancement of technology in industrial sectors and his impact as an innovator.

His academic background was the foundation of his success in business. His academic background includes a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering, with an emphasis on operations research. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.

Kettering University awarded him a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on industrial automation. His early interest in robotics paved the way for his career and shaped his achievements. He is also OSHA-certified and an Amazon AI Practitioner.

In reflecting on his career Mr.

Meloche credits his achievements to his constant work ethic and hands-on problem solving. His career has been marked by his willingness to roll up his sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.

Meloche’s civic engagement extends beyond his career.

He is involved with Habitat for Humanity ReStores as well as Habitat for Humanity International. This involvement supports community development projects. He enjoys mountain biking and hiking in his spare time. In addition, he designs and builds projects with 3D-printing and laser-cutting technologies. His two sons are his main focus. He also wants to foster creativity and curiosity in youth.

In the future, Meloche will ensure that North American companies fully utilize data and technology to continuously improve across all industries.
