From April 14-16 2025, the Future Hospitality Summit will be held at Riyadh’s luxurious Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah.
The event follows the record-breaking edition of 2024, where USD 1.1 Billion in Business Opportunities were generated and more than 1,400 leaders from industry attended this three-day gathering. FHS Saudi Arabia is bringing together hospitality decision makers and leaders under the “Where Vision Shapes Opportunity” theme. The participants will be discussing hotel development, performance and investment outlook in Saudi Arabia. They will also explore key market trends that are driving this sector and look for ways to take action in order to transform the industry.
Knight Frank data shows that Saudi tourism will contribute 12.3 percent to the total Saudi GDP (498 billion SAR). This is expected in 2024. By 2034, it is expected to reach 15.9 per cent (836 milliards SAR). Travel and tourism is expected to contribute 2,67 million jobs to the economy by 2020, which will grow to 3,63 million in 2034.
Saudi Arabia has unveiled a total of USD 1.3 trillion worth of infrastructure and real estate projects. Currently, there are 1,048,000 units of residential housing in the planning and development stage, while 362,000 keys for hotels are under construction.
FHS Saudi Arabia Advisory Board held a meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 25 November 2024. The board discussed the event schedule for next year.

The Future Hospitality Summit, launched in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s G20 Secretariat Secretariat in 2010, has seen its attendees triple since 2022.
