Ballard Wright believes that meaningful change is achievable and stresses the fact that there are many solutions available across industries, including those created by her own company.
OXFORD (MI), August 19, 2025 — Danielle K. Ballard has been chosen for Marquis Who’s Who. In all Marquis Who’s Who volumes of biographical information, the individuals profiled were chosen based on their current value. Selection is based on factors such as visibility, prominence, notable accomplishments and position in the field.
She has become a leader in organic aquaculture, aquaponics and agricultural engineering. Her leadership of Wright’s Organics as CEO since 2023 is a major contribution to this. She has led the implementation and development of advanced water-structuring technology, which fundamentally changes food production. The patented technology allows organic plants to grow without pesticides and chemicals, using a water-only system which requires chemical balancing. Her process uses frequency-encoded structure water, also known as intelligent water. It utilizes 24-karat and copper arranged in geometric patterns that generate large-scale vibratory waves. This naturally rejuvenates and structures water and cell life. The approach was validated by rigorous chemical and biological testing that confirmed measurable improvements to water and cell structure.
Ballard-Wright starts her day at Wright’s Organic’s before sunrise, caring for animals and monitoring aquaculture tanks which house shrimp. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations. From feeding ducks and chickens, to pruning plants, and checking the PH level in vertical farming systems that she created using a 3D printer and her engineering background, Mrs. Ballard-Wright has it covered. She is responsible for activating the biofrequency unit, which stabilizes pH and frequency of water and eliminates contaminants. This ensures optimal conditions both for plant and animal welfare. Her shrimp farm is designed to maximize cellular integrity and nutrient uptake, leading to low mortality and an organic product. My proprietary Technology utilizes calibrated electromagnetic response within structured water in order to improve shrimp health. Wright’s, unlike speculative devices that are not patent protected, is rigorously designed and integrated with our closed-loop vertical system. This gives us a measureable, defendable biological performance advantage.”Mrs. Ballard-Wright’s vision extends beyond farming, as she is committed to building self-sustaining ecosystems with aspirations for national and global expansion, promoting healthier communities through access to clean, organic food.”
She has also served Wright’s Organic’s as the farm manager and company owner, since 2021. This includes overseeing production, innovation, and all other aspects. In 2022 she founded Made with Divine Love LLC and Bee Natural Beauty LLC, an organic beauty and cosmetics company which uses farm waste to make new products. In 2024 she founded Enlightened Holistics, demonstrating further her entrepreneurial spirit in the holistic health industry. She is also a Journey to Your Unlimited Self certified life coach, helping individuals to achieve personal growth and wellbeing.
Ballard-Wright was a Learning and Development Specialist at Aquaponics from 2018-2024. She educated other people on sustainable farming practices. She has worked as a behaviorist at IOM Services between 2012 and 2016 and in membership services with the Detroit Zoological Society, from 2011 to 2013, among other positions.
In addition, her expertise was recognized by the Women World Game Changers board and Invertebrate Society. Her written work has received several awards, and she was recognized at the Michigan Science Fair for her contribution to aquaculture.
Ballard-Wright began her educational journey at University of Phoenix where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Central Michigan University awarded her a second bachelor’s in behavioral sciences. She returned to education after overcoming personal obstacles, including a diagnosis of cancer that required more than forty surgeries. In 2018, she earned additional Bachelor’s Degrees in Education in Biology, Agricultural Engineering and Organic Agriculture from Central Michigan University.
In addition to her formal education and training, Ms. Ballard Wright holds a USDA certified 100% organic by the USDA Agricultural Research Service. She also has a USDA organic farmer certificate, an aquaculture operation certification from Michigan Aquaculture, and both a certification for organic education and a certification as a youth nutritionist from USDA OCIO.
Early experiences of food insecurity, and her time in foster care gave Mrs. Ballard Wright a profound understanding of how important structure and support are for children. Inspiring by the kindness of her grandmother Barbara Ballard and her exposure to drama and music, Mrs. Ballard Wright developed the resilience she would need in order to face life’s many challenges. She became the guardian for her siblings at age 18 while undergoing chemotherapy. This loss of stability in her childhood sparked an interest in holistic nutrition and sustainable food production.
Effrin Wright was a constant supporter of Mrs. Ballard Wright as she developed her new technology. This is especially true when it came to navigating the complexities that come with innovation. Masaru’s water consciousness research was a major influence in her early experiments on structured water and cell memory.
In addition to her career, Ms. Ballard Wright is also active in the community as an Animal Care Associate at Horse Haven Farms. She’s also a Youth Advocate Programs Inc. volunteer, Animal Rehabilitators volunteer, SOS Children’s Villages International volunteer, and Macomb County Child Advocacy Center Care House Inc. youth specialist. In her experiences and practices, Mrs. Ballard-Wright’s commitment to animal welfare and youth intervention is well attested.
Ballard Wright enjoys drawing, meditating and spending time with her family. She also loves to connect with nature. She is committed to growing farm operations in order to serve more communities, while also developing a community center that supports at-risk families and underprivileged youth. Participants will learn about the importance of environmental stewardship and entrepreneurship by participating in this program. They can also gain experience with vertical farms and take home food every month.
Ballard Wright believes that meaningful change is achievable and stresses the fact that there are many existing solutions in different sectors including some developed by her own company. Her emphasis is on the urgency of restoring both human and environmental health. She highlights the paradox that obesity and hunger are occurring in the same community as evidence for flawed food systems. Her approach rests on the belief that food production is as crucial as consumption, and has broad implications both for the ecological balance of society as well as its sustainability. The technology she uses is not just designed to supplement traditional farming, but to also restore nutrients to soils that have been depleted. This helps to create harmony between the needs of human nutrition and the health of our environment. The rapid production of fruit in her orchard using waste from aquaculture is a good example of the effectiveness.
She is a powerful force due to her award-winning expertise and experience. She’s now on a quest to make Wright’s Organic Farm a household name that will inspire, educate, and nourish every table.
