Richard Haddad, a veteran of the hospitality industry and Ronald Homsy are both over 50 years old. The CEOs and Founders of Aventra Hospitality shared details about their business and plans to expand in a joint article for Hospitality News ME.

Can you share with us your plan to be a leader on the market for third-party operators?

Aventra Hospitality’s strategy to be the leader in third-party operators is centered on providing value to owners of hotels through flexible management options. The company also emphasizes its deep expertise in the region and innovation practices to achieve exceptional results within an ever-competitive hospitality industry.

Aventra also prioritizes building trust by aligning goals and objectives with the owners, optimising operational processes, and consistently reaching high profit levels. Aventra also targets growth-oriented regions by targeting underserved market segments in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.

Aventra simultaneously invests in talent, technology and sustainability, gaining a competitive edge and redefining industry standards for third party operators.

How will you differentiate Aventra from the competition in the third-party operator sector?

Aventra Hospitality distinguishes itself by focusing on the needs of owners and combining global best practices seamlessly with local knowledge. Our flexibility to offer tailored solutions – including white label management and advisory – ensures that we meet the needs of each property.

We foster an active partnership, unlike larger operators. This emphasizes the importance of transparency and innovation, while adapting to changes seamlessly.

We also deliver consistent value for our stakeholders by integrating data analytics and guest-focused technology, as well as sustainable practices.

Our strategic focus on Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia allows us to create culturally-sensitive strategies.

What do you think about your company’s position and growth in the coming years?

Aventra Hospitality is a name we want to be known for, particularly in emerging markets. Our primary objective is to create a portfolio that includes a variety of properties and ensures operational excellence, as well as sustainable profitability, for our owners.

In the coming years we will also be expanding into important markets in the Middle East and Africa, as well as Central Asia. Gleichzeitig, we want to create strong partnerships with investors and developers, enabling growth while creating opportunities for both parties.

We have set an ambitious goal of managing 80 hotels in the next 10 year, which demonstrates our dedication to growth. We aim to establish our reputation as a partner who is innovative by consistently providing measurable value, anticipating trends in the industry and consistently delivering on that promise.

How do you intend to meet the challenges of becoming a leader in your market?

The hospitality industry faces many challenges, including navigating the economic uncertainty and dealing with workforce shortages. Innovative strategies are needed to continue success. Aventra Hospitality has adopted a proactive strategy by using its expertise in the region to mitigate risks and uncertainty.

We also invest heavily in our staff development and training programs to ensure that we have a workforce with the skills necessary to meet industry requirements. By forming strong partnerships locally, we also aim to improve our position and foster mutually-beneficial collaborations.

We are also prepared for industry changes by being agile, adopting technology, and emphasizing sustainable practices. These initiatives allow us to adapt and meet the changing needs of hotel owners, strengthening our position as a market leader.
